Common use
Vega Extra Cobra is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men by improving blood flow to the penis, allowing for a stronger and longer-lasting erection. Its active ingredient, Sildenafil Citrate, is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor.

Dosage and direction
Take Vega Extra Cobra about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, with or without food. Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period.

Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or if you’re taking medications for chest pain. Sexual activity may put extra strain on the heart, especially in those with cardiovascular conditions.

Contraindications
Do not use this medication if you are taking nitrates for chest pain, or if you have severe heart or liver disorders. It is also contraindicated in those who are allergic to Sildenafil or similar drugs.

Possible side effect
Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and dizziness. Rare but serious effects include vision or hearing loss, chest pain, or prolonged erection (priapism).

Drug interaction
Sildenafil may interact with nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungals, HIV protease inhibitors, and certain antibiotics. Always inform your healthcare provider about all medications and supplements you’re taking.

Missed dose
As Vega Extra Cobra is used as needed before sexual activity, there is no regular dosing schedule. Do not take extra doses if you miss one.

Overdose
Overdose symptoms may include severe dizziness, fainting, or prolonged erection. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from moisture, heat, and light. Keep out of reach of children and do not use expired tablets.
